Basic Function of the Position Provide support to the Trade Compliance and Global Logistics departments in the documentation, coordination, and follow-up of import/export operations under the IMMEX program. This is an entry-level position designed for bilingual professionals eager to grow in a global logistics and compliance environment. The company will provide full training and development opportunities for the selected candidate. Major Duties and Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Support day-to-day import/export operations in compliance with IMMEX and customs regulations. Assist with document validation, broker coordination, and invoice reconciliation. Maintain control of SKU information, countries of origin, and BOM updates as directed. Assist with Annex 24 data tracking and validation of import/export movements. Communicate in English daily with regional and global logistics teams. Support internal and external audits by preparing and maintaining accurate records. Collaborate with other departments to ensure accuracy of trade data and timely customs clearance. Qualifications Required for Effective Performance Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Logistics, or related field preferred (not required). 1+ year of experience in import/export, logistics, or administrative roles preferred. Strong English communication skills (C1–C2 level required). Basic understanding of customs processes, IMMEX, or international shipping is a plus. Skills and Abilities Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset. Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. High level of responsibility, integrity, and willingness to learn. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Word). Working Conditions Office-based position in Tijuana, B.C.
