**RESUMEN DEL PUESTO**:El Asistente de Recursos Humanos es responsable de coordinar las tareas diarias del área, incluyendo funciones administrativas típicas como recopilar y organizar datos de empleados, preparar reportes y brindar asistencia**FUNCIONES Y RESPONSABILIDADES**:- Brindar apoyo administrativo a una persona, equipo, departamento o grupo dentro de planta.- Apoyar al área de Recursos Humanos en proyectos nuevos o en curso, enfocados en nómina, capacitación, desarrollo y reclutamiento.- Preparar documentos para la captura de datos.- Asistir al departamento de RH en diversas auditorías, según se solicite.- Apoyar en el proceso de reclutamiento/selección utilizando herramientas de ATS.- Colaborar con los líderes de área para identificar necesidades de personal.- Coordinar entrevistas con los responsables de contratación.- Realizar reuniones de seguimiento con los líderes de área.- Ejecutar tareas relacionadas con el sistema de RH (Dayforce).- Mantener un alto nível de servicio al cliente interno (colaboradores).- Colaborar proactivamente con otros miembros del equipo.- Apoyar en diversos proyectos del área de RH.- Dar seguimiento a avances, fechas límite y prioridades de todos los proyectos.- Elaborar documentos en Word, Excel y PowerPoint según se requiera.- Mantener archivos, bases de datos y registros actualizados.- Realizar otras tareas asignadas.**EDUCACIÓN Y EXPERIENCIA**:- Deseable: licenciatura o ingenieria en administración de empresas o campo relacionado.- Experiência: mínimo 2 años en un puesto similar.**DISPONIBILIDAD PARA VIAJAR**:- No se requiere viajar.**CONOCIMIENTOS, HABILIDADES Y COMPETENCIAS**:- Alto nível de atención al detalle y capacidad para realizar tareas con precisión y eficiencia.- Buenas habilidades analíticas.- Trabajo en equipo y buenas habilidades de comunicación.- Alto sentido de integridad y discreción para manejar información confidencial.- Excelentes habilidades organizativas, capacidad para manejar múltiples tareas y prioridades.- Habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.- Dominio de herramientas informáticas, especialmente Excel.- Perfil organizado y orientado a los detalles.
