Cash and Banking Executive – Euromonitor InternationalBased in our Mexico City office, the role reports to the Regional Financial Controller and focuses on day-to-day cash and banking operations across all Euromonitor global offices.Key ResponsibilitiesWork closely with the Accounts Payable Team and global finance colleagues to ensure supplier and staff payments are processed on time, compliant with operational guidelines.Perform daily reconciliation of multi-currency bank accounts and post incoming / outgoing transactions to the accounting system.Perform daily, weekly and ad-hoc payments via online global banking platforms.Administer reconciliations and post transactions for credit cards, petty cash and travel advances to the accounting system.Collaborate with credit controllers and the sales order processing team to identify and process all debtor payments and web receipts.Ensure all month-end processes are completed according to the departmental timetable, including posting journals and reconciling control accounts.Accurately code and post transactions onto Microsoft Dynamics 365 using the agreed standardized posting systems for London and other Euromonitor global offices.Handle administrative tasks, including timely storage of supporting documents.Respond to all payment / invoice queries from staff and suppliers promptly and professionally.Perform ad-hoc duties as required, including providing auditors with process information.RequirementsExperience in a multi-currency cashbook & treasury function (desirable).Understanding of accounts payable and sales ledger functions (ideal but not essential).Strong accounting skills, detailed knowledge of double entry, reconciliation, cashbook and accounts payable ledger bookkeeping.Ability to process large data volumes quickly and accurately; excellent attention to detail.Excellent communication and organisational skills; ability to work independently and proactively.Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (desirable).Proficient in Word; intermediate Excel skills (essential).Ability to multitask, prioritise a busy workload and assist with ad-hoc tasks as needed.Strong commitment to meeting deadlines and targets.Professional demeanor and presentation.Clear written and verbal communication with grammatical, contractual and legal accuracy.Self-confident, flexible personality with a willingness to learn and develop.Benefits and Working EnvironmentOur valuesWe act with integrityWe are curious about the worldWe are stronger togetherWe seek to empowerWe find strength in diversityWe offer a dynamic multinational workplace with opportunities for international transfer, flexible hours, work-life balance, social events, corporate social responsibility initiatives, competitive salary, healthcare insurance, food vouchers, saving fund, generous holiday allowance and core-hours policy in many offices.Equal Employment Opportunity Statement : Euromonitor International does not discriminate in employment on the basis of race, colour, religion, sex, national origin, political affiliation, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, disability and genetic information, age, membership in an employee organisation, or other non-merit factor.#J-*****-Ljbffr
