IT Sales Executive - Banking & Insurance SectorIT Sales Executive - Banking & Insurance SectorThis role involves developing and managing relationships with key clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives within the financial services industry.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, develop, and close new business opportunities within the banking and insurance verticals.Build and maintain long‑term client relationships at the executive and decision‑making levels.Lead the end‑to‑end sales cycle—from prospecting and proposal development to contract negotiation and closure.Collaborate with internal delivery, pre‑sales, and technical teams to design tailored IT solutions aligned with client needs.Drive revenue growth by developing account strategies and expanding the company's presence within existing clients.Maintain an in‑depth understanding of industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape.Prepare accurate sales forecasts and maintain updated records in CRM systems.Requirements8+ years of experience in IT services sales or business development, preferably in banking and insurance sectors.Strong background working in consulting or IT services firms (e.g., Deloitte, IBM, Tech Mahindra, Accenture, NTT Data).Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and developing key client relationships.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT, or a related field.Fluent in English and Spanish.Compensation & ModalitySalary: Open / Negotiable, based on skills and experience.Work Modality: Hybrid (on‑site client meetings as required).Job Type: Full‑time, Permanent.Pay : $80,150 per monthApplication QuestionsHave you sold IT services or technology solutions (such as digital transformation, cloud, or managed services)?Have you previously worked with clients in the banking or insurance sector?Have you worked in or sold services for consulting or technology firms such as Deloitte, IBM, Tech Mahindra, Accenture, or NTT Data?Work LocationHybrid remote in Álvaro Obregón, CDMX. #J-18808-Ljbffr
