Together, let's build a brighter, healthier future for all.PositionFixed Assets and Accounting Control SpecialistPosition SummaryResponsible for the complete management of the fixed assets lifecycle, from project capitalization (CEB/MWIP) to disposal and inventory control. Ensures accounting accuracy under regulatory standards (US GAAP/SOX) and provides key support in audits and plant financial analysis.Key ActivitiesProject Capitalization: Participate in CEB Evaluation, control MWIP projects, and ensure timely capitalization.Inventory and Coordination: Coordinate the Physical Inventory of Fixed Assets with internal teams and suppliers.Idle Asset Management: Coordinate the identification, assessment, and write-off/disposal process of idle assets.Control and Compliance: Ensure adherence to Global and Capitalization Policies. Provide support for audits (internal/external).Financial Reporting: Provide regular updates to management regarding financial impact (depreciation, variations, and disposals).Coordination: Serve as a liaison with CBS (Back Office), Engineering, and Factories for process improvement.Planning: Coordinate and develop the Budget and Depreciation Estimates.Mandatory RequirementsEducation and ExperienceEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Cost Accounting or Fixed Assets.Technical SkillsAdvanced knowledge and operational skills in systems: MS Excel, Google Suite, and SAP.Strong understanding of accounting principles: US GAAP, SOX, and corporate financial policies.Strong analytical and communication skills.Success CompetenciesResults Orientation: Demonstrate accuracy in accounting execution and understand the impact on financial statements.Compliance and Governance: Apply internal controls (SOX) and ensure adherence to regulations.Collaboration: Work effectively with cross-functional teams (Engineering, CBS) and show the ability to set priorities and communicate effectively.Our Commitment to InclusionOur journey begins with our people—developing strong talent with diverse backgrounds and perspectives to best serve our consumers around the world and fostering an inclusive environment where everyone feels a true sense of belonging.
