Puesto remoto / internacional.Se require alto nível de ingles.Pago mensual en USD.Se puede trabajar desde su domicilio.About Our Organization: Ad Astra is a reputable language services firm that specializes in administering screened, trained, certified, and experienced interpreters, translators, and transcriptionists in any language on a 24x7x365 basis.Our company's philosophy is focused on cultural awareness and sensitivity in order to transfer communication between parties from different cultures and abilities.The Account Receivable Specialist is responsible for submitting invoices, verification of services, and other documentation needed to receive payment from our clients.This role is also responsible for the collection of unpaid invoices, responding to client inquiries, and ensuring that payments are being received in a timely manner.- Review and submit all invoices from various departments- Maintain up to date billing system and information- Follow up on, collect, and allocate payments- Carry out billing, collection, and reporting activities- Perform account reconciliations and payment verification- Monitor client account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities- Review AR aging to ensure compliance and collection of payments in a timely manner- Follow established procedures for processing receipts, invoices, and other payment options- Investigate and resolve client inquiries including incorrect invoicing and related issues- Collect data and prepare monthly metrics and documentation for the closing of the month- Address and resolve client inquires- Perform other duties that are needed to support the accounting department and as requested by leadership- Attention to detail- Multitasker- Communication is clear and concise- Willingness to learn- Ability to receive feedback- Time Management- Strong analytic abilities- Review previously submitted documents- Problem solving- Prioritization skill- Reading and Writing Fluency in English- Administration and Management- Culturally awareness- Proficiency in bookkeeping- Experience in a fast pace technical environment- Proficient in relevant computer software- Invoicing experiencePreferred- Previous experience in the language industry- Previous experience in account Payables
