**Fender Musical Instruments Corporation **is a world-famous brand with offices across the globe**.**Within** Fender Musical Instruments Corporation's **("FMIC") EHS team promote the well-being and safety of all employees, ensuring legal compliance and risk control.An American icon, Fender was born in Southern California and has built a worldwide influence extending beyond the studio and the stage.A Fender is more than an instrument, it's a cultural symbol that resonates globally.We are searching for a **Safety and Hygiene Specialist** based in **ENSENADA.** This position will be responsible for monitoring security programs to ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations.You will be responsible for supporting facility inspections and accident investigations.You will manage related training programs and necessary record keeping within the EHS department.**Essential Functions**:- Routes to identify and correct risks and regulatory breaches.- Verify the closure of corrective and preventive actions.- Tracking and monitoring of security dynamics.- Keep updated records of EHS, residues, and security devices.- Ensure the availability of required labels, signs, and supplies.- Coordinate tours with suppliers to carry out studies and environmental and health monitoring.- Development and updating of S&H procedures.- Control of waste manifests, notes, and invoices.- Support in coordinating all the safety, environment, and health committees.- Additional duties as assigned.**Qualifications**:- Required: bachelor's in chemical engineering or industrial engineering or related degree- Desirable experience 1 or 2 years as an intern or technician in S&H.- Maintains consistent level of communication with all team members and ensure that they understand and follow all company policies (emergency response & safety), laws and practices.- Participates in meetings and project teams as the safety compliance representative.- Strong attention to detail and focus on data integrity, high proficiency in reporting and data analysis.- Exceptional Microsoft Office Skills with an emphasis on spreadsheet preparation.- English proficiency is a plus.**About Fender Musical Instruments**:
