Job Description :Senior Solutions ArchitectAt DXC we use the power of technology to deliver mission-critical IT services that our customers need to modernize operations and drive innovation across their entire IT estate.We provide services across the Enterprise Technology Stack for business process outsourcing, analytics and engineering, applications, security, cloud, IT outsourcing and modern workplace.Our DXC Application services team works with our customers as a trusted partner to help simplify, modernize, and accelerate mission-critical applications that support business agility and growth.Customers work with us to take advantage of the latest digital platforms with both custom and packaged applications, ensure resiliency, launch new products and enter new markets with minimal disruption.About this role As a Senior Solutions Architect , you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the technical architecture for a large-scale payroll and HR system implementation.This project will process 80,000 employees across 8 companies , involving 550 payroll concepts , making architectural integrity and automation critical to success.You will lead the design and execution of automation strategies for data migration and validation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.This is a role where you will collaborate closely with technical teams, project managers, and business stakeholders.What you'll do?Architecture Oversight and Governance : Ensure consistent implementation of the pre-defined technical architecture, supervising infrastructure, data modeling, and integrations.Automation Design and Implementation : Lead automation for data migration and validation processes, including ETL routines and scripting for large-scale data accuracy.System Integration : Oversee integrations with enterprise systems (ERP, HR, time management) aligned with architectural standards.Technical Leadership : Act as the primary technical expert, resolving complex issues and mentoring development and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle.Who you are?Required Qualifications : 8+ years in solutions or systems architecture roles, with experience in large-scale implementations.Deep knowledge of payroll and HR business processes.Proven experience in automation for data migration and validation using Python, SQL, and ETL tools.Familiarity with leading payroll platforms (Workday, SAP, Oracle, ADP).Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps).Preferred Qualifications : TOGAF or similar architecture certifications.Experience with DevOps and CI / CD pipelines.Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.Joining DXC connects you with brilliant people who embrace change and seize opportunities to advance their careers and amplify customer success.At DXC, we support one another and work as a team—both globally and locally.Our achievements demonstrate how we deliver excellence to our customers and colleagues.You will be part of a team committed to fostering a culture of learning, diversity, and inclusion, and dedicated to strong ethics and corporate citizenship.At DXC Technology, we believe strong connections and community are key to our success.Our work model prioritizes in-person collaboration while offering flexibility to support wellbeing, productivity, individual work styles, and life circumstances.We're committed to fostering an inclusive environment where everyone can thrive.#J-*****-Ljbffr
