About the roleThis role elevates Ninja Tropic’s presence across LinkedIn and YouTube by driving relationship-based growth, strengthening brand authority, and creating meaningful engagement with associations, LMS platforms, influencers, and industry decision-makers. This is not a posting or scheduling role. It is a strategic operator who understands how to leverage social platforms to build reputation, credibility, and opportunity.Responsibilities Relationship developmentBuild and nurture relationships with industry influencers, LMS companies, association leaders, podcast hosts, and L&D thought leaders.Identify and secure collaboration opportunities including guest content, interviews, co-branded videos, and platform features.Manage community engagement with professionalism and consistency, positioning Ninja Tropic as the go-to expert in microlearning and training content.Platform strategy & executionDevelop and execute LinkedIn and YouTube strategies focused on audience growth and brand authority.Guide content direction: themes, hooks, formats, scripts, thumbnails, and positioning.Manage company profiles: posting cadence, optimization, narrative alignment, and engagement.Advise on leadership team social strategies to amplify reach and create thought leadership.Content packaging & storytellingTranslate Ninja Tropic’s work—microlearning, video production, custom elearning—into compelling stories that resonate with associations and L&D buyers.Ensure brand voice is consistent, authoritative, and aligned with industry needs.Collaborate with internal teams or contractors on editing, design, or video packaging as needed.Authority & performance analyticsMonitor and analyze platform analytics, audience behavior, retention, engagement quality, and referral patterns.Run experiments to improve visibility, relationship impact, and brand footprint.Provide concise reporting focused on insights and next steps, not vanity metrics.Cross-functional collaborationPartner with the SEO/AEO Manager to align social signals with entity authority, backlink opportunities, and content strategy.Support marketing campaigns, podcasts, YouTube series, conference outreach, and relationship-driven lead generation.Work closely with leadership to maintain consistent narrative and positioning across platforms.QualificationsThree or more years managing social media in a B2B environment.Proven experience building professional relationships that led to partnerships, content collaborations, or platform growth.Strong understanding of LinkedIn and YouTube algorithms, audience development, and authority building.Exceptional communication and storytelling skills.Experience advising on video scripts, narrative direction, and content framing.Comfortable executing independently while thinking strategically.Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into action.Background in learning, L&D, training, SaaS, or digital content production is a plus.Traits that signal successRelationship-driven with commercial instincts.Strategic thinker who can also execute daily tasks without oversight.Ability to create elegant, compelling narratives from complex subject matter.Bias for clarity, experimentation, and measurable improvement.Understands that authority—not volume—is the real asset in B2B social.Success in this role looks likeConsistent growth in high-quality followers aligned with target buyer personas.Increased collaborations, mentions, guest features, and introductions with industry players.Improved authority signals across LinkedIn and YouTube.Higher engagement from associations, LMS companies, and enterprise training leaders.Social content that feeds SEO, brand trust, and inbound opportunity.
