We are seeking a highly experienced Supply Chain Security Leader to oversee and strengthen our North American supply chain security programs.This role will be responsible for ensuring compliance with global security standards, managing regulatory relationships, and leading proactive risk mitigation strategies across the U.S., Mexico, Central America, and Canada.Key ResponsibilitiesProgram Oversight: Lead and manage compliance with CTPAT (Customs Trade Partnership Against Terrorism), Mexican Authorized Economic Operator (AEO), and Canadian Partners in Protection (PIP) programs.Audit Leadership: Conduct internal supply chain security audits and serve as the primary point of contact during external audits (third-party logistics centers) or site examinations by customs authorities.Organizational Change Support: As the organization grows or changes, lead efforts to secure new certifications and ensure all new sites or operations meet applicable security standards.Regulatory Documentation: Ensure all documentation is current and compliant with respective customs and security authorities across North America.Incident Management: Respond to and manage live supply chain security incidents, escalating appropriately and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.Area and Transportation Route Risk Updates: Ensure AEO, PIP and CTPAT international shipments;
