Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Supply Chain Manager, based in Monterrey, NLE. The Supply Chain Manager will oversee and optimize supply chain activities, including demand planning, procurement, inventory management, and supply management. Responsibilities include developing and implementing strategies to enhance supply chain efficiency, managing vendor relationships, monitoring stock levels, and analyzing data to forecast future needs. The role also requires collaboration with internal teams to align supply chain objectives with overall business goals.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Demand Planning and strong Analytical Skills to forecast and meet demands effectively
  • Expertise in Supply Management and Inventory Management to ensure smooth operations and achieve cost efficiency
  • Strong background in Procurement to manage vendor relations and secure optimal terms
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Experience using supply chain management software and tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; additional certifications (e.g., APICS or CPSM) are an advantage
