**Logistics Procurement Specialist**Location: GuadalajaraReports to: Logistics Procurement ManagerType: On SiteAs Procurement Logistics Analyst you will be providing insights regarding competitors and internal leverage alternatives Executing market and price analysis on a regular basis.Carrying out commercial instances to update prices, through procurement tactics, as per previous strategical definitions.Validating gaps between financial scenarios budgeting and actual spend.Ensuring execution according to pre-defined action plans between Logistics and ProcurementThis role through data management, is intended to generate awareness regarding actual prices and market indexes correlation, becoming an internal advisor to support decision making process to Procurement Logistics Manager and SCH team.**Your role will be**:Category sizing is +100 carriers and demand coming out from 16 sites.- ** Strategic Sourcing**:- Price management (pricing models, effective dates, transport unit size, routes, etc.)- Ensure tactical execution according to category strategic approach.- Generate/develop internal reports to track prices and facilitate distribution cost budget adherence.- Drafts, develops, and executes supplier agreements, RFx documents.- Validate and analyze quotations because of a bidding process or specific spot price requirements, to determine its competitiveness.- Build and maintain a solid communication channel w/internal stakeholders and Procurement Logistics Manager.- Trigger periodical or on-demand bidding processes, to ensure Ingredion is capturing market conditions and affording the corresponding materials/services prices.- Foster partnership between vendors and users and obtain a service level according to business expectations (KPI's fulfillment).- Set basis for periodical financial scenarios creation: prices trend, market treats, negotiation opportunities, etc.- Compliance fulfillment, through periodical procedures validation, assuring our processes execution are aligned with related written policies.- ** Market Analysis**:- Track market trends of freight and real estate that impacts/benefits distribution sot mix.- Provide business insights to SCH team, strengthening decision making process.- ** Knowledge sharing and team development**:- Carry-out category strategies deployment within the country.- Share practices, learnings upon Mexico's operational performance.- Leading and supporting new team members inclusion, promoting learning, and offering continuous guidance.- Identify and analyze opportunities to replicate best practices among Ingredion locations.- ** Procurement Strategic Initiatives**:- Create solid task force together with other Ingredion locations, to develop department initiatives/projects intended to enhance Procurement results achieving.- Build strong communication channels and establish solid relations with stakeholders: Logistics, Sales, etc. to find suitable solutions to achieve common operational targets**What you need**:- Strong analytical and data management skills by using several ERP and related tools as Office, Power BI, etc.- ** Deploy data analysis and communicate its results by creating and interpretating scenarios.**- Build Professional relationship with users and suppliers.- Value creation advocacy- Ethic Business Conduct with suppliers- Talent culture creation founded on a strong conviction that superior talent delivers superior results; they scout to find the best people, drive performance, coach transparently, and build strong teams globally**.**- Drive personal and organizational results, make timely decisions that benefit Ingredion globally, take educated risks on business opportunities and benchmark external best practices to outperform the competition**Ingredion Total Rewards Y beneficios**superior benefits that includes christmas bonus, performance bonus and more**Relocation Available**:No
