WeWork Reforma Latino ******), Mexico, Ciudad de Mexico, Ciudad de MexicoPrincipal Associate, HR Support (Asociado de Soporte en RH)We are looking for an HR Support Associate to join our newly established HR team, where you'll have an opportunity to define and drive an enterprise-wide agenda and manage a broad range of high-visibility projects.The HR Support Associate must have the ability to take a holistic, integrated approach to drive critical talent work to customers, leading multiple efforts from design to delivery.They will build rapport across a vast array of partners and stakeholders by leveraging excellent communication skills, proactively addressing dependencies, and inspiring action amongst the team.**What You'll Do**:- Create structure, communication channels, and frameworks within the HR team in support of the full Team of Capital One Associates in Mexico- Answer general associate inquiries and work with partner groups and stakeholders to bring problems to full resolution- Build monitoring mechanisms, analyze feedback and effectiveness metrics, and identify opportunities for HR process improvements- Facilitate and enable team productivity including identification of key dependencies and resources needed to execute on prioritized efforts- Collaborate with peers, partners and stakeholders to elevate projects in flight and gather critical context- Look ahead to identify obstacles and make recommendations to drive future improvements to enhance impact, value and sustainability**Basic Qualifications**:- Intermediate-Advanced English fluency- Bachelor's degree- At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources, project management, or process management**Preferred Qualifications**:- 4+ years of experience in a Human Resources support role- Experience collaborating in a matrixed organization- Experience using judgment, relationship building skills, and customer focus- Ability to balance the needs of the organization, leaders, and associates to deliver against a robust cross-functional agenda- Ability to identify, analyze, and solve problems and thrive in ambiguity- Passion for learning with a growth mindset**_**_ The recruiting process will be conducted in English, including interviews._****_Resumes must be submitted in English to be considered._**Capital One does not provide, endorse nor guarantee and is not liable for third-party products, services, educational tools or other information available through this site.Capital One Financial is made up of several different entities.Please note that any position posted in Canada is for Capital One Canada, any position posted in the United Kingdom is for Capital One Europe, any position posted in the Philippines is for Capital One Service Corp (COPSSC), and any position posted in Mexico is for Capital One Technology Labs Mexico.
