We are looking for a motivated HR Associate to join our team and play a key role in supporting HR processes and ensuring the smooth operation of our Human Resources department.This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a background in Psychology, Organizational Psychology, or Business Administration who is passionate about people, process, and organizational culture.Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Support Assist in managing HR documents, reports, and employee filesSupport benefits administration and payroll processesMaintain accurate records of employee vacationsCoordinate with insurance providersRecruitment & Onboarding Aid in job postings, resume screening, and interview schedulingSupport onboarding processes and prepare welcome kits for new hiresEmployee Relations Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiriesAssist in addressing employee concerns to promote a positive work environmentTraining & Development Coordinate internal training sessions and development programsEvent & Communication Coordination Organize job fairs and coordinate with educational institutionsPlan and execute "Lunch & Learn" sessionsPolicy & Compliance Support the implementation of HR policies and proceduresEnsure compliance through up-to-date and accurate record maintenanceWhat We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Psychology, Organizational Psychology, or Business Administration4-6 years of experience in HR-related rolesExperience with end-to-end recruitment processes is a plusStrong communication skills in English (90% proficiency), both written and verbalExcellent organizational, multitasking, and attention-to-detail skillsTeam-oriented, proactive, and adaptable personalityInternational experience is a plusLanguageEnglish (preferred)Work LocationRemoteApplication Question(s)¿Cuál es tu expectativa salarial?#J-*****-Ljbffr
