Customer Service Representative (Entry-Level) Location: Guadalajara, Mexico Interview: Face-to-Face at Infosys Office Role Overview: We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives.This is a junior-level role ideal for candidates with 1–2 years of experience in customer support or helpdesk functions.Freshers with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply.Key Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner.Provide accurate information and resolve issues effectively.Maintain records of customer interactions and follow up as needed.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience: 0–2 years in customer service, technical support, or helpdesk roles.Communication: Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with support tools.Additional Details: Location: Guadalajara, Mexico Interview: Candidate must be available for in-person interview at Infosys office on 24 & 25th Nov (Monday, Tuesday).Employment Type: Full-time
