We're Hiring: Customer Support Specialist

What We're Looking For (Qualifications)
~1–3 years of customer support experience , ideally within a B2B or SaaS environment.
~ Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
~ Fluency in French and/or Spanish (read, speak, write) is a strong plus.
~ Experience with Zendesk or other ticketing platforms is beneficial.
~ Ability to explain complex or technical concepts clearly and professionally.
~ A positive, adaptable attitude with an enthusiastic and friendly presence.
~ Strong team player mindset with a willingness to take on tasks of any size.
~ High sense of urgency and strong ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines .
~ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail .
~ Creative problem-solving mindset with both analytical and customer-focused thinking.
~ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite .
