It's not about what you've done elsewhere; it's all about what you're capable of doing here.ResponsibilitiesThe Sales Operations Analyst II partners closely with Sales and Marketing teams to optimize business systems, streamline processes, and maintain data integrity across our go-to-market operations.More specifically, you will:Serve as the primary Sales Operations representative for go-to-market initiatives, providing direct SFDC support and enabling sales force productivityDesign and implement processes to ensure Salesforce data integrity while developing management dashboards and performance reportingLead training initiatives across departments, delivering both classroom and virtual sessions on sales tools and best practicesDevelop comprehensive sales analytics providing actionable insights to leadership, sales teams, and cross-functional partnersCreate and maintain internal controls, system documentation, and the Sales Operations ManualManage ad-hoc reporting requests while serving as subject matter expert on reporting tools and methodologiesBuild strong cross-functional relationships to ensure seamless information flow across systems and departmentsDrive continuous improvement through proactive process optimization and user supportQualificationsBachelor's Degree in Business Management or equivalent combination of education and experience2-4 years of relevant experience with required Salesforce.com proficiencyDeep understanding of Sales Operations processes including sales cycles, CRM applications, forecasting, territory management, and quota administrationAdvanced analytical and quantitative skills with ability to identify trends and develop data-driven solutionsExpert-level Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency across Microsoft suiteStrong project management capabilities with proven training and facilitation experienceExcellent communication and presentation skills for diverse audiencesDemonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretionSelf-motivated learner who thrives in team environments while driving independent initiativesBenefitsThe tools to enhance your life - because we want you to enjoy your life outside of work and insideFlexible Time-OffMeal Vouchers to assist with food expensesBi-Weekly Meeting Free DaysGlobally recognized Training and Development programsVirtual English Club through Rosetta Stone, and moreSovos is an equal opportunity employer committed to providing an environment that celebrates diversity and where equal employment opportunities are available to all applicants and employees.
