Descripción y detalle de las actividades**Position summary**:Bose Automotive Systems Division is seeking a Requirements Engineer to join our team.As a Requirements Engineer you will be responsible for ensuring that the functional and non-functional requirements of our Audio Systems conform to the ASPICE standard.**Responsibilities**:- Gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders.- Develop and manage requirements documentation.- Ensure requirements quality by reviewing and updating requirements.- Ensure compliance with ASPICE standard.- Collaborate with the development team.- Manage changes to the requirements throughout the development process.- Support product verification and validation.Experiência y requisitos**Required skills and experience**:- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Ability to work effectively in a global team environment.- Attention to detail and accuracy.- Strong time management skills- 1 year of experience is Engineering Changes and/or Quality Management Systems- 1 years of experience in the Automotive or related Industry (desirable).- Familiarity with Systems and Software development process- Willing and able to travel (approx. 10%)Preferred skills and experience- Familiarity with requirements management tools.- Familiarity with ASPICE compliant projects.- Understanding SW testing is a plus.Education and Language requirements- Bachelor's Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical or Software Engineering- Must be fluent in both Spanish and English.Strong capability with English language (verbal and written) to allow effective communication directly with staff at R&D, suppliers and customers (highly technical discussions)OrganizaciónBose Corporation, S.A. de C.V.GiroMaquiladora (Export.)Actividad principalEmpresa líder en manufactura de equipo de audio.Número de empleados****Datos de sucursalChilpancingo 52 Parque Industrial Chilpancingo Tijuana, Baja CaliforniaÁrea IngenieríaContrato PermanenteTurno DiurnoJornada Tiempo CompletoEstudios Carrera ProfesionalSexo Indistinto
