Job Description
Job Title: Requirements Engineer
Position summary:
Bose Automotive Systems Division is seeking a Requirements Engineer to join our team. As a Requirements Engineer you will be responsible for ensuring that the functional and non-functional requirements of our Audio Systems conform to the ASPICE standard.
**Responsibilities**:
- Gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders.
- Develop and manage requirements documentation.
- Ensure requirements quality by reviewing and updating requirements.
- Ensure compliance with ASPICE standard.
- Collaborate with the development team.
- Manage changes to the requirements throughout the development process.
- Support product verification and validation.
Required skills and experience:
- Experience with documentation management.
- Familiarity with Systems and Software development process
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Willing and able to travel (approx. 10%)
Preferred skills and experience
- Exposure to systems engineering.
- Experience in Automotive Industry.
- Experience with ASPICE compliant products.
- Experience with JAMA tool.
- Audio systems experience is a plus.
- Understanding SW testing is a plus.
Education and Language requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical or Software Engineering
- Must be fluent in both Spanish and English. Strong capability with English language (verbal and written) to allow effective communication directly with staff at R&D, suppliers and customers (highly technical discussions)
