About the Role Moove busca un(a) Legal & Insurance Executive proactivo(a), resolutivo(a) y orientado(a) al detalle, con experiência sólida en trámites gubernamentales y gestión de siniestros vehiculares. Esta persona será clave en la operación local, garantizando la legalidad, cumplimiento normativo y eficiencia administrativa de todos los procesos relacionados con la flota vehicular y nuestros conductores. What You'll be Doing Legal Processing & Government Liaison (Gestoría) Gestionar trámites legales ante autoridades federales, estatales y municipales: alta / baja de vehículos, placas, tarjetas de circulación, permisos y certificados. Mantener comunicación directa con clientes y conductores para informar procesos y tiempos estimados. Monitorear cambios normativos y proponer estrategias para reducir tiempos y costos. Mantener expedientes actualizados y documentar todo el proceso con trazabilidad. Solicitar pagos internos y dar seguimiento a pagos pendientes por parte de los conductores (multas, corralones, etc.). Insurance & Claims Management Explicar de forma clara las coberturas y exclusiones de las pólizas. Brindar asistencia inmediata y empática en caso de accidentes o siniestros. Recopilar documentos y gestionar directamente los reportes de siniestros, robos o pérdidas totales con las aseguradoras. Negociar ajustes y buscar resoluciones favorables para Moove. Documentar todos los casos en sistema y dar seguimiento a pagos o reembolsos. What You will need for this position : Requisitos indispensables : Mínimo 3 años de experiência en gestoría vehicular, cumplimiento legal de flotillas o manejo de siniestros. Conocimiento práctico de trámites vehiculares en CDMX y Edomex (alta, baja, tenencias, placas, multas, REPUVE, etc.). Experiência directa gestionando siniestros con aseguradoras (pérdida parcial, total, robos, pagos de deducibles). Habilidad para interactuar con aseguradoras y talleres (ej. Quálitas, AXA, HDI, GNP). Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita. Organización y atención al detalle en documentación y registros. Actitud de servicio, empatía y orientación a soluciones. Inglés intermedio-avanzado (comunicación interna con equipos globales). Manejo básico de herramientas digitales (CRM, Google Workspace, plataformas de gestión de flota o trámites). Requisitos adicionales deseables (Plus) : Experiência previa en sectores de leasing, movilidad, logística o fintechs. Licencia de conducir vigente y disponibilidad para trámites presenciales en campo. Conocimiento práctico de términos de seguros y manejo de documentación para liberación de vehículos. Familiaridad con portales como SEMOVI, Control Vehicular Edomex, REPUVE y SAT. Capacidad para generar y controlar expedientes digitales por vehículo / conductor.
