Descripción del trabajo Technical Insurance Executive - Benefits Area Department: Benefits | Individual Life & Major Medical Expenses (GMM)Location: Mexico City | Hybrid Work ModelHours: Monday to Thursday 8:00 am - 4:00 pm, Friday 8:00 am - 3:00 pm At AIR, we’re looking for a technically skilled professional with solid experience in individual Life and GMM insurance, who is service‑oriented and detail‑focused. If you’re looking to grow in a stable, collaborative, and people‑centered company—this opportunity is for you What will you do in this role? Quoting, issuing, and maintaining individual Life and GMM insurance policies. Providing technical advice to clients and commercial executives. Reviewing and following up on requests with insurance carriers. Managing endorsements, renewals, and policy clarifications. Supporting administrative processes for coverage modifications and policy servicing. What we’re looking for Minimum 2 years of experience with individual insurance (not group) in Life and GMM. Strong technical knowledge in quoting, issuance, and carrier processes. Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and clear communication. Intermediate English proficiency. Intermediate Excel skills. Benefits Life insurance Major Medical Expenses insurance (GMM) Additional paid time off beyond legal requirements Hybrid model (2 days of home office after 3 months, based on performance) A day at AIR might include Coordinating with insurance companies to manage technical requests. Reviewing terms and issuing policies for new clients. Supporting executives with technical advice for special cases.
