Your key responsibilities Responsible for sales forecast numbers providing snapshots of quarterly and FY progress Develop and generate financial reports including Key Performance Indicators. Partnering with Operations, HR and Technology to support the business and financial management execution through added value analysis, KPI’s and deliverables Summarize conclusions from financial analysis on a pro‑active basis and provide key takeaways. Provide timely explanations of variances between actual results and forecasts/budgets. Preparation of Quarterly reviews to Executive Committee. Liaise with accounting to understand company financials and create accurate projections. Your skills and experience that will help you excel 5‑7 years finance experience in a professional business environment is ideal. Sales Finance and/or Financial Planning and Analysis experience. Demonstrated advanced skills Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint. High level of knowledge in VB Macros is preferred. Familiar with Microsoft Dynamics Cubes, SQL, SAP, Enterprise Data Warehouse Prior experience with Qlikview or any other BI tool is preferred. Demonstrated proficiency in providing accurate and detailed financial analysis in a fast‑paced, customer focused environment. Comfortable with presenting to Senior leaders and working with remote teams Good communication and presentation skills Demonstrated internal customer service skills.
