**Job Title**: Sales Representative - Customer Growth & Acquisition**Position Summary**:An Sales Representative for a coated abrasives converter plays a key role in developing customer relationships, identifying growth opportunities with existing accounts, and proactively seeking new business.This role requires:- The ability to understand customer needs, follow up on open quotes, and coordinate with technical and production teams to deliver tailored solutions.- A self-driven and organized approach to pipeline management, prospecting, and lead conversion to support overall sales growth and business development objectives.**Qualifications**:- **3+ years of experience in sales**, business development, or a customer-facing role in manufacturing or distribution.- **Bachelor's degree** in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (preferred).- **Bilingual**.- Proficiency in ERP systems and CRM tools, with a strong understanding of sales cycle management.- Strong communication, organizational, and follow-up skills.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.**Preferred Skills**:- Experience in industrial distribution or manufacturing, especially abrasives or tooling.- Familiarity with B2B sales strategies and account-based selling.- Analytical mindset to evaluate sales data and market trends to inform outreach strategies.This role is ideal for a motivated individual looking to expand their career in industrial sales by building strong customer relationships and contributing to the strategic growth of Pasco Abrasives.Pay: $****** - $1,****** per dayWork Location: In personExpected Start Date: 05/05/2025
