What the job involves Act as the strategic financial leader for the platform, with deep, hands-on expertise in high-end hospitality operations and full ownership of financial performance Analyze hotel-level financial results across the portfolio and immediately determine whether costs, margins, and performance align with operational realities and luxury hospitality industry benchmarks Demonstrate strong command of hotel operating expenses and income statements, quickly identifying overspending, inefficiencies, inconsistencies, and financial red flags and driving corrective action Serve as a senior financial counterpart to hotel operators and General Managers, challenging assumptions, influencing decisions, and enforcing financial discipline through data Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the hospitality platform, ensuring alignment with strategic and operational goals Prepare and present financial reports, forecasts, and performance summaries for senior leadership and key stakeholders Develop and optimize financial models that support growth, expansion, and long-term profitability Build clear, actionable KPIs and performance dashboards tailored specifically to hospitality operations Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights that improve operational discipline and profitability across the portfolio Partner closely with operations, commercial, and product teams to align financial insights with guest experience and business objectives Who we are looking for Proven experience in senior finance roles, preferably within hospitality, travel, or service-driven platforms Strong background in financial analyses, budgeting, forecasting, and administrative management Deep understanding of hospitality economics: margins, occupancy, RevPAR-style metrics, seasonality, and cost structures Strategic thinker with a hands-on mindset, comfortable both setting direction and getting into the details Bilingual (Spanish & English) with experience in international hospitality operations Advanced Excel and Financial Analysis: experience with reporting and BI tools is a plus Clear communicator who can translate numbers into business decisions.
