Scope of leadership rolePosition Summary: Manages Production Supervisors that are responsible for managing the daily manufacturing operations (typically defined by a plant headcount of more than 500 employees).Implements policies and procedures to ensure volume, quality and cost goals are met.Key Responsibilities- Manage and evaluate machine resources to ensure productivity and mínimal downtime- Strive to reduce expenses and increase productivity across all product lines- Ensure all employees follow industry standard health and safety guidelines- Set ambitious production goals and communicate them to key personnel- Provide motivation, support and guidance to all employees- Communicate any problems or obstacles to senior management- Establish workflow policies that enhance speed and efficiency without compromising product safety or integrity- Create schedules for employees to ensure optimum staffing levels- Optimize production activities and support teams to ensure daily production goalPROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS- Ability to do tactical reporting, data mining.- MS Office suite Power User (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams)- Digital media management.- Good verbal and written communication skills.- Teamwork and collaboration.- Customer Service Orientation ( internal & external ).- Problem solving & decision making.Required Education / Experience / Skills:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience.3 + years.Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma acquired within 3 years; Black Belt in Lean Sigma preferred.Proactive, Self-motivated, Results Oriented.- Travel: _ Yes, or No __X- Language: English written and spoken 50% Written & SpokenAbout Regal Rexnord- The Company's end markets benefit from meaningful secular demand tailwinds, and include factory automation, food & beverage, aerospace, medical, data center, warehouse, alternative energy, residential and commercial buildings, general industrial, construction, metals and mining, and agriculture.
