MP Marketing siendo una de las agencias de promotorias mas grandes y trabajando en conjunto con las marcas mas importantes del País, esta buscando a su siguiente talento como:Promotions Assistant: El Asistente de Promociones es responsable de desarrollar y apoyar, ayudando a sincronizar nuestras estrategias de categoría para aumentar la demanda a través de las Estrategias de Marketing Comercial, Promotores en Tienda y Eventos para Compradores.**Requisitos**:- Licenciatura terminada (titulo deseable) en áreas economico/administrativas/finanzas/comerciales: Mercadotecnia, Administración, Negocios.- Experiência en el rubro del trademarketing y comercial mínimo de 2 años.- Experiência en Manejo de grupos.- Ingles conversacional - deseable un B2 (Se realizará prueba).- Disponibilidad de trasladarse a nuestras oficinas en Coyoacan o Polanco.- Google Apps y Microsoft Office: Intermedio - avanzado, excel avanzado.- Aptitudes intrapersonales: proactividad, responsabilidad, creatividad, comunicación efectiva.OFRECEMOS:- Sueldo base desde los $15,000 a pago quincenal.- Incentivos y bonos mensuales.- Vales de despensa.- Prestaciones de ley.- Dos días de Home Office semanales.- Horario de Lunes a Viernes 9AM a 6PM.- Crecimiento a mediano plazo.ACTIVIDADES:Transmitir al equipo de promotoría los valores, políticas y objetivos del mes.Generar estrategias de marketing y ventas al personal.Desarrollar una red de contactos en toda la organización para influir en todos los puntos de decisión, mejorar la comprensión y aumentar el acceso a los datos: Promotores en Tienda, Merchandising, Marketing, Control de Inventario, Distribución y transporte.Evaluación de KPI's mensuales.Reportes y presentaciones mensuales y semanales.Revisar el rendimiento comercial y del servicio al cliente diariamente, hacer un seguimiento de las ventas semanalmente y preparar informes mensuales de variación vs. planMonitorear la actividad competitiva y retroalimentar las acciones recomendadas al Gerente de Clientes y al Gerente de Ventas de Campo.Si cuentas con todos los requisitos y buscas un crecimiento, no dudes en postularte
