Job SummaryPrimary point of contact and subject matter expert for all issues related to Order Management and Processing including all eCommerce (EDI) transactions. Supports the troubleshooting and resolution of Order Entry, Order Capture and Order Creation issues, including coordination with IT on system-related problems. Collaborate and coordinate with MDM and Logistics to ensure the right data and parameters. Support any process improvement and system implementation, including EDI related to the O2I process. Main Responsibilities Identify and resolve Order Entry, Order Capture & Order Creation issues (when O2I support is required): Idoc issues, duplications, translation errors, EDI kick-out reports. Coordinate order reprocessing with Customers and IT when required. Coordinate with IT on resolution of order entry technical issues, including missing or unusual transmissions. Support CS&L CDT on system implementation related to O2I and EDI Transactions implementation. Support EDI and ESKER for all countries in the American continent, testing and coordination with O2I Team, IT Team and CDT. Follow up the process before and after EDI and ESKER implementation to identify continuous improvement opportunities for all American continent countries and troubleshoot order entry issues. Support daily business needs in achieving best-in-class indicators, serving as interface between IT and end users on key initiatives. Act as a reference point and subject matter expert for Master Data management including Logistics Parameters. Develop timetables, processes and exception reporting targeting master data clean-up and quality maintenance. Maintain best practices for Master Data Maintenance related to Product/SKU, Customer hierarchy and other Supply Chain related information (network / location related). Act as the liaison between customer service and IT for CS O2I projects and process improvements, including: Execute SAP testing on user enhancements, provide sample documentation of issues to be corrected. Identify opportunities for improvement and explore system processes to address those issues. Ensure consistent customer service personnel development in the functional and technical aspects of SAP. Streamline the utilization of reports in SAP. Oversee knowledge transfer to users and training of power users in new and existing SAP functionality and related business processes within O2I. Provide backup coverage for the order fulfillment teams when needed. Become the go-to resource for AI / analytics / SIGMA and DOMO inquiries within the team. Education & Requirements Bachelor\'s degree in administration, business, industrial engineering or related fields. At least 1 year of experience in CS&L. At least 1 year of experience working with Digital Tools (DOMO, Power BI, SIGMA, Apps Script, Gemini). Advanced level of English.
