Learning Delivery Specialist About this role: This is a critical opportunity to join our Learning and Development team as a Learning Delivery Specialist. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in organizing, delivering, and evaluating high-quality training programs designed to enhance the skills and capabilities of our diverse workforce. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a passion for learning and development. Responsibilities Managing and driving the delivery of complex training initiatives to meet the needs of various employee populations across the organization. Developing and updating run-of-show guides for both in-person and virtual programs. Serving as the Program Lead, ensuring expert delivery and smooth execution of programs. Collaboration within the delivery pod involves handling all program logistics from setup through completion, including booking meeting rooms, researching hotels and restaurants, arranging catering, preparing printed materials, acting as co-host and producer in virtual training sessions, supporting onsite logistics, and managing budgets. Key skills required include strong organizational and project management skills, ability to build professional relationships, attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to think structuredly and solve problems continuously. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in Learning and Development or a related field. Proven experience in program management and delivery, particularly in high-complexity training programs. Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS), Learning Experience Platforms (LXP), event management software, and virtual delivery tools. English fluency (spoken and written) is required.
