OverviewAs a Product Analyst, you will drive the development of new technological products and enhance existing ones. You'll work alongside talented teammates — graduates from top universities like MIPT, MSU, HSE, NES, and MEPhI.About the companyCompany Plata CardPlata is a Mexican unicorn founded by former Tinkoff team members.We are building the next-generation financial platform (Credit Cards, Cash Loans, BNPL, Investment) — and we're just getting started.ResponsibilitiesUse your analytical skills to design top-tier financial productsTake ownership of the product and its performance metricsDevelop performance metrics to enhance both products and workflowsDerive actionable insights and generate innovative ideas through data analysisConduct in-depth research and investigationsDesign and implement monitoring systems for products and operational processesBuild informative reports and interactive dashboardsOptimize customer journey mapping (CJM) and conversion funnelsEvaluate the quality, coherence, and logic of business processesDevelop effective incentive schemes for operational teamsTest hypotheses aimed at process improvementPerform cost analysis to evaluate overall operational efficiencyRequirementsA mathematical or technical degree from a top university such as MSU, MIPT, HSE, MSTU, MEPhI, or NESStrong knowledge of mathematical statistics and probability theoryAnalytical mindset and systematic thinkingAbility to visualize data and draw actionable conclusionsExperience in hypothesis testing and validationProficiency in SQL; knowledge of Python or R is a plusHands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or SupersetAbility to understand business objectives and translate them into analytical tasksEnglish proficiency at B1 level or higher for effective collaboration with an international teamWorking conditionsRelocation support to our hub in Mexico with assistance for the employee and their familyFlexible hybrid work from our officeComprehensive Healthcare Coverage€**** Annual Education Budget: Language lessons, professional training and certifications€**** Annual Wellness Budget: Mental health and fitness activity reimbursementsVacation policy: 20 days of annual leave and paid sick leaveContactsLog In Only registered users can open employer contacts.#J-*****-Ljbffr
