**Vacante para la empresa Step One Headhunting en Miguel Hidalgo, Ciudad de México**:Únete a nuestro equipo como **Legal Manager** en CDMXSi tienes **experiência en derecho corporativo, gestión de litigios y redacción de contratos,** queremos conocerte.Ofrecemos un entorno dinámico, beneficios competitivos y oportunidades de crecimiento.Aplica ahora y forma parte de nuestro éxito**Propósito del Puesto**:El puesto es responsable de supervisar y gestionar todas las actividades legales de la empresa, asegurando el cumplimiento con las leyes y regulaciones aplicables.Este puesto considera supervisión completa de asuntos corporativos, relaciones contractuales, cumplimiento legal/fiscal/regulatorio, supervisión de asesores externos especializados, gestión y elaboración de contratos, negociación de transacciones, etc.**Responsabilidades Principales**:- Responsable directo del soporte contractual para las relaciones de negocio de la empresa- Proporcionar asesoramiento legal y estratégico a la alta dirección y a otros departamentos.- Redactar, revisar y negociar contratos y otros documentos legales.- Gestionar litigios y resolver disputas legales.- Supervisar asesores externos especializados- Asegurar el cumplimiento con las leyes y regulaciones aplicables.- Desarrollar y actualizar políticas y procedimientos legales internos.- Realizar investigaciones legales y mantenerse al día con los cambios en las leyes y regulaciones.**Requisitos**:- Licenciatura en Derecho (obligatorio)- Inglés nível avanzado (obligatorio)- 2-3 años de experiência en un rol legal similar con responsabilidad directa sobre relaciones de negocio, transaccional y regulatorio.- Conocimiento profundo del derecho corporativo y comercial.- Conocimiento funcional del derecho fiscal y regulatorio.- Experiência en la redacción y negociación de contratos complejos en ingles y español.- Familiaridad con la normativa legal aplicable a la industria de la empresa.- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.- Habilidad para tomar decisiones informadas y estratégicas.- Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión y gestionar múltiples proyectos simultáneamente.**Competencias Deseadas**:- Experiência previa en un rol de liderazgo.- Conocimiento de la normativa nacional e internacional.- Certificaciones adicionales en áreas relevantes (como compliance o arbitraje).- Experiência en fusiones y adquisiciones.Industria: Real estate developmentUbicación: CDMX - presencialSueldo: $50,****** MXN mensual**Nível de educación deseada**:Superior - titulado**Nível de experiência deseada**:Nível Experto**Función departamental**:Legal**Industria**:Bienes Raíces**Habilidades**:- legal- derecho corporativo- derecho comercial
