Viatris Healthcare México S. de R.L. de C.VAt VIATRIS, we see healthcare not as it is but as it should be.We act courageously and are uniquely positioned to be a source of stability in a world of evolving healthcare needs.Viatris empowers people worldwide to live healthier at every stage of life.We do so via:Access - Providing high quality trusted medicines regardless of geography or circumstance;Leadership - Advancing sustainable operations and innovative solutions to improve patient health; andPartnership - Leveraging our collective expertise to connect people to products and services.Every day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference and here's how the Marketing Coordinator role will make an impact:Key responsibilities for this role include:- Data analysis (DDD, PMM, Close Up).- Accountable of the execution of the advertising and promotion budget (A&P/DME).- Development of promotional materials to HCPs, branded and unbranded.- Accountable of execution process of detail aids, promotional materials and sampling processes.- Master of internal processes (Finance, Procurement, Medical, Regulatory, Compliance, Meetings & events (M&E), Sales Force Effectiveness).- Development and execution of digital and omnichannel strategies.- Demand and supply analysis (Sales and sampling).- Public Relationships with medical societies and KOLs.- Coordinate Continuous Medical Education program.The basic qualifications for this role are:- Major on Marketing or similar.- Master or specialty on Marketing, Digital Marketing or similar.- Diploma or certificate courses on Marketing, Digital Marketing or similar Strong people and business leadership skills.- Strong strategic thinking.Software Management- MS Office Advanced (Excel, Power Point, Word, etc.).- TEAMS Advanced.- MS Outlook Advanced.- Veeva Advanced.- SAP (Preferentially).- Experience of minimum of 3 years in Pharma Industry or similar.- English Intermediate or Advanced.At Viatris, we offer competitive salaries, benefits and an inclusive environment where you can use your experiences, perspectives and skills to help make an impact on the lives of others.Viatris is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
