We are currently on the hunt for an ambitious and passionate HR/IT Recruiter to join our Team.What's OppiziOppizi is the first major multi-channel player in offline performance-marketing. We've built a technology which enables tracking, scaling and optimisation of flyering campaigns. We offer 3 channels, Hand-to-hand (in people's hand), Door-to-Door (in people's mailbox or on their cars), Direct Mail (in people's mailbox via national post service). We operate in 10 countries, the main ones being Australia, New Zealand, France, UK, US, and Canada. We are very privileged to work with flagship accounts like Uber, UberEats, DoorDash, Getaround, DiDi, Deliveroo and many others.Job descriptionAs part of our recruiting team, you're charged with sourcing the most interesting candidates who bring an entrepreneurial spirit and a diversity of thought to all they do. You're responsible for guiding candidates through our hiring process and connecting them to the magic of working at Oppizi. You are creative and driven, which allows you to develop lasting relationships with both candidates and hiring managers. You're also comfortable with numbers and drawing insights from analytics to make our hiring process smarter and more efficient.We bring the world's most innovative people to Oppizi and provide the programs that help them thrive. You'll play an essential role advancing a more diverse, accessible, equitable, and inclusive Oppizi through our hiring, promotion, retention, and inclusion practices.Duties / Responsibilities.Source top talents based on the business needsOwn the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for high-priority roles across multiple departments (Tech, Sales, Ops, Executive)Assist international recruitment efforts, hiring across North America, Europe, Australia, and LATAM.Recruit and hire top engineering and business talents and achieve monthly/quarterly hiring goals.Provide an efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate from application stage to offer, evaluating skill level, driving the interview process and offer process, including reference checks, salary recommendations and closing of candidates.Source active and passive candidates through employee referrals, networking, internal databases, contact lists and research.Communicate effectively with the interview team to ensure preparedness during the interview process. Share and exchange information with all levels of management.Manage Oppizi's ATS (Workable) and ensure data integrity, reporting, and candidate experience excellence.Work closely with C levelsAbout youProven experience as a full-cycle recruiter, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment.Strong business acumen and ability to recruit across technical, operational, and commercial functions.Able to work autonomously, prioritize multiple roles at once, and deliver high-quality hiring outcomes quickly.Comfortable with data-driven recruiting and ATS management (Workable preferred).Strong communicator, both with candidates and internal stakeholders.Passion for building teams and contributing to a mission-driven business.BenefitsEnjoy flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to work on high-impact hiring.Competitive remuneration and commissionMonthly pay in USDWork in a very successful bootstrapped company, no investors yetWork directly with the company Founder-CEO and Lead TechFlexible PTO (10 days)Requirements3-5 years of experience sourcing and recruiting for technical and/or non-technical profiles in an agency or corporate settingExperience closing senior level candidates and negotiating complex compensation packages leveraging experience with competing for top tech talentSolid history of solving complex problems and delivering significant impact as an individual contributor. A track record of personal accountability, strong work ethic, integrity, and proven organizational skills with attention to detailAbility to handle customer relationship management, provide strong consultative skills and work in a large-team environmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationshipsStrong ability to set up recruitment processes from execution to reporting.English, C2 mandatory, bilingual is preferred
