**Join IQVIA as a Translation Talent Recruiter**:Are you passionate about languages and connecting with global talent?IQVIA Language Solutions is looking for a **Translation Talent Recruiter**to help us build a world-class network of linguists and localization professionals.As part of our international team of language experts and SMEs, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality translation services that support life sciences innovation.If you thrive in fast-paced environments, love building relationships, and enjoy solving challenges with creativity and precision—this role is for you.**What You'll Do**:- Recruit and onboard freelance linguists and localization experts.- Maintain and manage linguist databases, performance records, and contact info.- Support the Talent Management team with administrative tasks and communications.- Foster strong relationships with existing linguists and help resolve their queries.- Collaborate with project managers to forecast language resource needs.- Organize training and orientation sessions for new linguists.Track recruitment effectiveness and suggest improvements.**What You Bring**:- Experience in international environments and multitasking with ease.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Strong organizational and time management abilities.A proactive mindset with a knack for navigating change and ambiguity.**Bonus Skills**:- Knowledge of translation/localization workflows and technologies.- Fluency in one or more non-English languages.- Experience managing freelance linguist databases, contracts, and payments.**Education & Experience**:- Bachelor's degree in linguistics, business, HR—or 2+ years in vendor management within the language services industry.TranslationJobs #RecruiterRole #LanguageServices #IQVIA #LocalizationCareers #GlobalTalent #LifeSciences
