Job Title: Continuous Improvement Sr.SpecialistThe Senior Continuous Improvement Manager leads end-to-end projects to drive Operational Excellence across the organization.Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive Operational Framework, including standard work practices, governance models, and performance routines.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement automation solutions, ensuring process efficiency and accuracy.- Assess current processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose actionable solutions using Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile techniques.- Document current and future state processes in a structured format to enable RPA and BI automation initiatives.- Define operational and performance metrics, manage data sources, and develop insightful reports and dashboards to track progress and drive data-driven decisions.- Develop and monitor KPIs to track project impact and ensure sustainability of improvements.- Facilitate workshops, kaizen events, and training sessions to build a culture of continuous improvement.- Act as a liaison between operations and technical teams to define requirements for automation and digitalization initiatives.- Support the development of an organizational-wide Continuous Improvement Roadmap and governance model.- Prepare business cases, project charters, and benefit realization plans for initiatives.
