Chief Operating Officer (COO) Sobre la organización La empresa es un actor global con operaciones diversificadas en varios continentes. Su crecimiento ha estado sustentado por una cultura de precisión operativa, decisiones basadas en datos y la capacidad de transformar retos complejos en ventajas competitivas. Con un modelo propio de gestión y un portafolio de negocios en expansión, la compañía incorpora un COO para fortalecer la disciplina operativa y consolidar su plan de crecimiento internacional. Propósito general El COO será responsable de diseñar, coordinar y garantizar la ejecución integral del sistema operativo de la organización, asegurando que cada área funcione como un engranaje coherente. Responsabilidades Establecer el modelo operativo central, definiendo prioridades, secuencias de ejecución y mecanismos de control internos. Integrar funciones empresariales: sincronizar trabajo entre operaciones, finanzas, talento, tecnología, cadenas de suministro y experiencia del cliente. Garantizar que las áreas funcionen bajo criterios estandarizados, evitando duplicidades y promoviendo eficiencia global. Liderar revisiones de procesos, rediseño estructural y adopción de sistemas empresariales. Impulsar proyectos de eficiencia, automatización, analítica avanzada y estandarización. Supervisar la calidad del reporte operativo para facilitar decisiones de la alta dirección. Definir marcos de cumplimiento, políticas operativas y protocolos de gestión. Consolidar equipos de alto rendimiento, con mandos internos capaces de dirigir operaciones multirregionales. Establecer modelos de sucesión, criterios de selección interna y disciplinas culturales basadas en resultados. Mantener una interlocución permanente con el CEO, el comité ejecutivo y líderes regionales. Aportar visión operativa en foros estratégicos, revisiones trimestrales y sesiones del consejo. Requisitos Trayectoria sólida liderando operaciones en corporaciones con presencia internacional o regional. Experiencia amplia en procesos corporativos (manufactura, supply chain, gestión de talento, tecnología, servicio). Dominio de metodologías de transformación (Lean, automatización, ERP, gobernanza de procesos). Mentalidad orientada a sistemas, métricas y disciplina de ejecución.
