**Business Administration and Operational Analyst**:**Main activities**:Business Administration and Operational Analyst will participate in business activities, supporting Managers and other colleages with BAU & non-BAU activities, cyclical work pieces such as month close end and other short term initiatives.They are located in BAU teams and would report to the Manager.This job is not client facing and does not have any portfolios.Those employees fulfilling a Business Administration and Operational Aanlyst role are expected to possess knowledge of financial basic principles, direct & indirect cost, and other administrative task, in the context of the business area they are located in but are not expected to have specific product knowledge relating to the business but is desirable to have knowledge in the function in which they are located.**Principal and Responsibilities**- Assisting with the execution of business initiatives and activities in support of business area aims.- Support in business planning activities which may include financial, technological and resource planning.- Support the development of internal governance activities.- Prepare management information relating direct and indirect cost, including local supliers and intercompany payments.**Requirements**:**Requirements**:- Analytical ability and strong financial modelling understanding- Experience in finance institution, in a finance area with high interaction with the business.- Ability to effectively communicate with and influence all levels of management locally and globally.- Finance professional- Proven record of being able to work and deliver under pressure according to tight deadlines.- Strong English language skills (written and spoken)HSBC is committed to building a culture where all employees are valued, respected and where their opinions count.We want to build a culture where our employees are comfortable in bringing their whole self to work, regardless of gender, age, sexuality, ethnicity, disability, religious belief, background, and any other aspect of personal difference.At HSBC we are oriented towards guaranteeing gender equality and constant training for our employees as well as the protection of their labor and social rights.
