Descripción y detalle de las actividadesResponsible for overseeing various engineering projects, processes, budgets, and timelines and making any necessary adjustments in order to ensure successful completion.Lead and support the Process Engineers to meet their duties and responsibilities.Responsible for the coordination of the Process Engineers activities to meet targets and objectives.Follow up on projects assigned to each Engineer.Establish the working method and follow-up activities for Process Engineering.Lead the Process Engineers to follow Quality System regulations.Encourage team work.Lead to the Process Engineers to assume leadership on the Engineering projects.Work closely with product management team to ensure we're building the best products.Experiência y requisitosBachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline (e.g. Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, etc. is required).English: 85% Minimum experience of 3 years as a supervisor / leader of process engineering in the industrial sector Experience with circuit board and flex assembly processing, equipment programming and in-depth experience with SMT technologies.Working knowledge and experience in IPC-***********, JEDEC and other relevant electronics industry standards.Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.Extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.Ability to troubleshoot simple to complex manufacturing process issues.Experience with product transfers from one facility to another.Excellent computer skills - CAD, word processing, and spreadsheets;OrganizaciónMasimoCorreo de contactoGiroMaquiladora (Export.)Actividad principalEnsamble de sensores para oximetros (productos médicos).Número de empleados****Aviso de privacidad**Área** Ingeniería**Contrato** Permanente**Turno** Diurno**Jornada** Tiempo Completo**Horario** Monday to friday 8:*****:30 hrs**Estudios** Titulo Profesional**Inglés **Hablado: 85%, Escrito: 85%**Sexo** Indistinto
