Responsible for providing production support, managing engineering resources, development and optimization of the production processes to increase efficiency, and product quality and reduce product cost and time delivery. Assure accomplishment of KPI in the operation Quick and effective problem-solving in the operation Coordinate and organize the development and implementation of projects Internal Auditor of Quality Management System (ISO 13485) Coordinate and accomplish cost reduction projects by improving production processes efficiency Supervise Process and/or Industrial engineers, technicians, and other functions that assist in specific engineering tasks. Responsible for following the codes of conduct, regulations, and policies of Medline Other responsibilities that could be assigned in the procedures of the quality system Responsible for preparing financial budgets and ensuring good financial performance Standardize operations and lines optimization Propose and participate in research projects and development of innovative processes Prior experience working in an FDA/ISO-regulated environment. Experiência y requisitos
