Lic. en administración, informática, ingeniería o a fín Nível de inglés intermedio (Comunicación escrita) Experiência mínima de 1 año en el área de desarrollo de productos de software (Documentación, diseño y desarrollo de Backlog) Deseable manejo de Confluence y Jira Deseable conocimiento en metodologías ágiles Funciones Documentación general a nível negocio y técnico de cada producto. Diseño y desarrollo del backlog : requerimientos, funcionalidades e historias de usuario para mayor entendimiento del equipo de desarrollo alineados a los prototipos del producto. Supervisar los Sprints mediante el seguimiento de las tareas del backlog, Resolución de problemas, dudas y recomendación de cambios en el backlog. Mejora continua y actualización de features. Control y organización de documentación vs versiones. Fuertes Habilidades Trabajo en equipo Resolución de problemas Atención al detalle Comunicación efectiva Habilidades analíticas, empatía y sólidas habilidades de comunicación (escrita y verbal). Habilidades cuantitativas, pasión por la resolución de problemas y orientación al desempeño.
