Job requirements:- Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field preferred.- 1-2 years of experience in a Lean Manufacturing.- Master's Degree (preferably)- Intermediate/Advanced English.- Manufacturing Experience.- Previous experience as a Supervisor a Plus.- Previous experience as a Engineer.- Presentation skills.- Ability to delegate.Specific Knowledge:- Identifying áreas of improvementes, planning for and leading Kaizen events.- Assists Managers and individual Lean/Continuos Improvementes Initiative.- Maitain Lean/CI implementation schedules for assigned projects, progress updates as required, and mos importantly,provide documentation tha demonstrates the direct link between Lean/CI implementation and direct process improvement and Plant.- Accountable for tracking all lean,CI Projects and reporting progress.- Six Sigma Methodology.- Presentation skillsGeneric Functions:- Support to the plant's Continuous Improvement team.Assists in meeting the objectives assigned to the Continuous Improvement area.- Fulfill the roles and responsibilities assigned by senior management to provide compliance and sustainability to ISO ***** and IATF *****.Specific Functions:- Implementation of cost-saving projects.- Execution of Continuous Improvement workshops.- Support the Continuous Improvement activities in the plant as well as other plants when possible.- Support plant activities leading to the realization of the objectives.
