Specialized in Sales, Marketing & Back-end function Recruitment Responsibilities: Build and continuously optimize the Mexico vehicle delivery management system (Yard → Logistics → Dealer → Customer) Plan and coordinate vehicle delivery schedules and resources to ensure on-time delivery performance Develop and implement vehicle delivery SOPs, quality standards and delivery checklists Design and execute premium vehicle handover ceremonies to enhance brand experience Handle delivery exceptions, quality issues and customer complaints with cross-functional coordination Establish KPI systems and drive data-based continuous improvement Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or above in Logistics, Supply Chain, Automotive Engineering or related fields 5+ years of experience in vehicle delivery, logistics, supply chain or dealership operations Familiar with Mexico vehicle import process, port operations and local logistics regulations is a strong plus Proven people management and cross-functional collaboration skills Fluent in English and Spanish; Chinese is a strong advantage Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Motor Vehicle Manufacturing #J-18808-Ljbffr
