Responsibilities:

- Build and continuously optimize the Mexico vehicle delivery management system (Yard → Logistics → Dealer → Customer)
- Plan and coordinate vehicle delivery schedules and resources to ensure on-time delivery performance
- Develop and implement vehicle delivery SOPs, quality standards and delivery checklists
- Design and execute premium vehicle handover ceremonies to enhance brand experience
- Handle delivery exceptions, quality issues and customer complaints with cross-functional coordination
- Establish KPI systems and drive data-based continuous improvement

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree or above in Logistics, Supply Chain, Automotive Engineering or related fields
- 5+ years of experience in vehicle delivery, logistics, supply chain or dealership operations
- Familiar with Mexico vehicle import process, port operations and local logistics regulations is a strong plus
- Proven people management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Fluent in English and Spanish; Chinese is a strong advantage
