Labeling SpecialistLocation : Mexico City (Hybrid)As the global leader in eye care, Alcon has built a rich history of providing innovative products to customers and patients all over the world.We're extremely proud of our legacy and the significant way we've helped to shape the industry over the last 70 years, but we're just getting started.Our relentless passion to eliminate unmet medical needs drives our pursuit to further advance eye health worldwide.We're looking for exceptionally talented, driven people who want to make a difference.If you'd like to help us change the way the world sees, this is your chance to Be BrilliantThe person in this position will support the Regulatory Documentation Team, providing high-quality services, Collaborate with key stakeholders on the development and approval of product labeling for medical and pharmaceutical products.Confirm labeling complies with medical, legal, and regulatory requirements by ensuring the labeling process is executed properly.How You Will Make a DifferencePrioritize and proactively drive labeling projects to completion.Address planning and scheduling conflicts with designer / production artist.Gather and evaluate all relevant information to support labeling changes for each project.Evaluate content of labeling changes and ensure processes are followed to assign appropriate reviewers, determine disposition of labeling stock, and confirm lifecycle implementation strategies.Ensure all artwork meets the appropriate labeling requirements and guidelines.Facilitate the review of product labeling with cross-functional, key stakeholders.Closely coordinate and lead the resolution process for any issues encountered during labeling development and approval.Ensure all product labeling is processed in accordance with all applicable standards, work instructions and multi-site procedures.Advise management of issues which could create exposure to the company and implement labeling changes with mínimal financial impact.What We Can Offer YouOpportunity to join growing, early-stage organization built within a mature, stable global company.Friendly working environment and a diverse and highly motivated teamIndividual career development plan and possible career growth within newly created accountTruly international environment and daily interactions with colleagues and stakeholders from all over the worldAttractive benefits & compensation packageFlexible hours and remote work possibilities (min 3 days per week office-based)Skills For SuccessKey Requirements / Minimum Requirements_Bachelor's degree in Science, Business or other applicable discipline preferred.Equivalent combination of education and experience : HS Diploma with 2 years direct experiencePrevious experience in the area, or related in supply chain, quality, regulatory affairs, or similar background preferred.KINDLEY SUBMIT RESUME IN ENGLISH#J-*****-Ljbffr
