Buscamos unIT HR Advisor / Consultantpara desarrollar e implementar estrategias de recursos humanos alineadas con los objetivos empresariales.Proporcionar asesoramiento experto sobre políticas, procedimientos y mejores prácticas de recursos humanos.Gestión del TalentoDesarrollar e implementar estrategias de retención de empleados para reducir la rotación y aumentar la satisfacción laboral.Relaciones LaboralesGestionar cuestiones complejas de relaciones laborales, llevando a cabo investigaciones y resolviendo conflictos.Fomentar un entorno de trabajo positivo a través del compromiso y la comunicación proactiva.Gestión del DesempeñoApoyar la implementación y administración de sistemas de evaluación del desempeño.Capacitar y asesorar a los gerentes en técnicas efectivas de gestión del desempeño.Cumplimiento y LegalidadAsegurar el cumplimiento de las leyes y normativas laborales locales, nacionales e internacionales.Mantenerse al día con los cambios en las leyes laborales y asesorar a la dirección en consecuencia.Proyectos e Iniciativas de Recursos HumanosLiderar y participar en proyectos de recursos humanos destinados a mejorar los procesos y sistemas de recursos humanos.Colaborar con equipos multifuncionales en iniciativas globales de recursos humanos.RequisitosLicenciatura en Recursos Humanos, Administración de Empresas o un campo relacionado.Se prefiere un título de maestría.Mínimo de 10 años de experiencia en recursos humanos, con al menos 5 años en un rol asesor senior en una empresa multinacional de tecnología.Sólido conocimiento de prácticas internacionales de recursos humanos y leyes laborales.Historial comprobado de gestionar con éxito cuestiones complejas de relaciones laborales.Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, interpersonales y de negociación.Capacidad para trabajar de manera efectiva en un entorno dinámico y de ritmo rápido.Dominio de software y sistemas de recursos humanos.Fluidez en inglés; se valoran otros idiomas adicionales.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: A partir de $60 al mesLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial#J-*****-Ljbffr
