**Why Grundfos?**At Grundfos, we dare to do things that others cannot or dare not do.Our skills commit us to pioneer solutions to the world's water and climate challenges and improve the quality of life for people.We believe innovation is not only a business opportunity, but an obligation.And what really matters to us is not short-term profit, but the impact we make.By becoming part of our united powerful team, you too can drive this change no matter your role.**What is the job about?**- Support to convert Purchase request to Purchase order, coming from QP/ SAP SRM- Handle order confirmations- Follow up on orders, using ZDMOPD/ME2N ( delivery time, partial delivery, missing materials etc)- Handle Vendor Invoice management- Continuously gain and improve his/her knowledge in Quick Procurement process- Support indirect daily ordering process in general, answering for questions coming from end users/ requestors locally- Create and maintain Framework orders, share and communicate them towards end users and suppliers in their own area- The Purchasing Analyst need to be clear with all Purchasing related processes and principles in place and capable to use them, such as local DOA rules etc.- All other process related tasks and activities what are requested by the line manager**What do you need to apply?**- Experience with indirect and direct sourcing and/or operational procurement activities- Understanding the order flow and related procurement processes- Solid Procurement system knowledge- Fluent English
