Nuestra misión es ser reconocidos no solo por la excelencia en cada pieza que fabricamos, sino también por nuestra versatilidad y compromiso con quienes nos rodean.**Objetive**:Will be responsible for ensuring comprehensive monitoring of logistics operations, with a strong focus on controlling and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), optimizing logistics costs, managing 3PL inventories, and providing operational support to the Product Operations area.**Requirements**:- Experience: Minimum 3 years in logistics, supply chain, product operations, inventory management, or related field.- Technical Proficiency: Experience with NetSuite (NS), Shopify, excel, BI Tools etc. Ability to troubleshoot backend system issues and work with multiple teams to resolve problems.- Advanced analytical skills (excel, BI Tools)- Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Experience with project management and product launch coordination.- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to liaise between various departments (Studio, Cart, Web, Retail, etc.).**Responsabilities**:- Monitor and control logistics KPI’s- Generate analytical and executive reports periodically for the logistics director and other involved departments.- Oversee the inventory status at 3PL facilities and propose corrective actions to minimize risks of obsolescence or slow-moving inventory.- Follow up on critical orders, including store openings, special launches, or strategic replenishments.- Control and optimize costs related to transportation, storage, and distribution.- Serve as an operational backup for the Product Operations Manager, participating in key processes such as product launches, catalog management, and supply planning.- Identify areas for improvement in logistics processes and propose practical, sustainable solutions.- Coordinate with purchasing, demand planning, finance, and warehouse teams to ensure an efficient flow of information and materials.- Actively participate in continuous improvement and process digitalization initiatives.**Ofrecemos**:- Weekly salary- Legally required benefits- Saving Founds- **Competitive salary**Send us your resume and join our team
