Intake Specialist – Trilingual (English, Spanish, Portuguese)We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Trilingual Intake Specialist fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese to join our remote team in Latin America.This role is essential in ensuring an efficient intake process for clients by collecting key information, providing empathetic support, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure a smooth service experience.ShiftsMonday to Friday from 1pm-10pm EST.Tuesday to Saturday from 2pm-11pm EST.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the first point of contact for clients, conducting initial screenings by phone, email, or video.Gather, verify, and input accurate client data into internal systems.Clearly explain services, procedures, and next steps to clients in a compassionate and professional manner.Maintain strict confidentiality and comply with all privacy and data protection regulations.Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments to support seamless client onboarding.Respond to client questions and concerns in English, Spanish, or Portuguese as needed.Assist in appointment scheduling and follow-up coordination.Keep accurate, up-to-date records of all client interactions.Translate and interpret client communications as necessary across the three languages.Required QualificationsFull professional fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese (spoken and written).Prior experience in intake, client services, case management, or administrative roles (preferably in healthcare, legal, or social services).Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent verbal and written communication across all three languages.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM/database systems.High attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information.Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working remotely.A client-first mindset with cultural sensitivity.Preferred QualificationsExperience working with diverse or multilingual communities.Familiarity with terminology in legal, healthcare, or social service settings.Background in remote work or international support teams.Job DetailsSeniority level: Associate | Employment type: Full-time | Job function: Legal | Industries: Legal ServicesEqual Opportunity Statement: Projective Staffing is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive work environment.We encourage individuals of all backgrounds, languages, identities, and experiences to apply.#J-*****-Ljbffr
