Intake Specialist (Creole, Spanish and English)Job Title : Intake / Translator (Creole, Spanish, and English)Position Type : Full-Time, RemoteSchedule : Sunday-Thursday 11pm to 8am ESTSchedule : Tuesday-Saturday 11pm to 8am ESTSchedule : Monday-Friday 11pm to 8am ESTCompany OverviewProjective Staffing specializes in delivering high-quality virtual staffing solutions, connecting businesses with top-tier talent across various industries.Position OverviewWe are currently seeking a highly skilled Trilingual Intake / Translator (Creole, Spanish, and English) to join our intake department.This position is crucial in ensuring seamless communication with clients and providing professional translation services for attorneys as needed.The Intake / Translator will be responsible for handling client intake processes while also being available to provide real-time translations between Creole, Spanish, and English for client interactions with attorneys.The candidate will play a dual role, ensuring effective communication and a smooth intake experience for clients.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct client intake interviews, ensuring accurate data collection and documentation.Serve as a liaison between clients and attorneys, providing precise verbal and written translations between Creole, Spanish, and English.Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages from potential and existing clients, offering clear and professional responses.Assist attorneys by translating legal documents, client statements, and case-related communications.Maintain client records and case notes, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with legal and ethical standards.Stay on standby to assist with Creole-speaking clients when translation services are required.Work closely with the intake and legal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.Perform other administrative and support tasks as needed.Qualifications & RequirementsFluency in Creole, Spanish, and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.Previous experience in intake, customer service, or legal administration is highly preferred.Strong interpersonal and communication skills to handle sensitive client interactions with professionalism and empathy.Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and translation.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and other digital communication tools.Experience working in legal, medical, or customer service industries is a plus.Why Join Us?Fully remote position with a flexible and collaborative work environment.Opportunity to work with a diverse team in a dynamic and impactful role.Professional growth opportunities in legal intake and translation services.Competitive compensation based on skills and experience.#J-*****-Ljbffr
