We are seeking a highly experienced Compensation professional to lead implementation of our Expanded Share Ownership strategy.Sitting within the Total Rewards function in HR, this role will act as a subject matter expert and will be responsible for executing, communicating, and delivering on the pre-determined strategy and working with the project team to ensure successful implementation.The role will work with a variety of senior stakeholders, including our internal WTW consultants, external advisors, senior business executives, and wider HR.Shift Timing : be prepared to work U.S. hours.Work Mode : Remote (work from home).ResponsibilitiesExecute on the deferred compensation strategy in line with senior executive objectives and directionEngage with senior business stakeholders to obtain feedback and adjust the strategy as requiredLead program socialization activities, including senior business leadersEngage with other project managers and portfolio leads to identify dependencies, risks, and opportunitiesSupport effective change management and communication planning for stakeholder engagement and project implementationEffectively manage stakeholder planning and delivery, including coordination of the project status updates for leadershipQualificationsDegree or equivalent in human resources, business or related field preferred.Experience developing/implementing deferred compensation strategies, specifically cash compensation into public company stock, in complex, global organizations.Deep knowledge of public company equity compensation.Exceptional client relationship, communication, and stakeholder management skills, including direct experience with senior executives (C-suite).Ability to clearly articulate and communicate ideas and present information in an engaging way to senior leaders (including preparation of clear, concise and effective stakeholder materials).Strong leadership and organizational skills; proactive; takes initiative; attention to detail; ensure accuracy and compliance with the programs; English proficiency; ability to flex work hours to accommodate market transactions during U.S. hours; desirable: experience navigating regulatory requirements, including understanding of union / works council considerations; experience working in aremote / hybrid manner in a global organization.Equal Opportunity Employer#J-*****-Ljbffr
