Job DescriptionWe are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead the implementation of our Expanded Share Ownership strategy.This role will serve as a subject matter expert, responsible for executing and delivering on the pre-determined strategy while working closely with senior stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute on the deferred compensation strategy in line with senior executive objectives and directionEngage with senior business stakeholders to obtain feedback and adjust the strategy as requiredLead program socialization activities, including senior business leadersEngage with other project managers and portfolio leads to identify dependencies, risks, and opportunitiesWork ArrangementsU.S.hours - Remote (work from home)RequirementsExperience developing / implementing deferred compensation strategies, specifically cash compensation into public company stock, in complex, global organizationsDeep knowledge of public company equity compensationExceptional client relationship, communication, and stakeholder management skills, including direct experience with senior executives (C-suite)Ability to clearly articulate and communicate ideas and present information in an engaging way to senior leadersStrong leadership and organizational skillsProactive; takes initiative to solve problems, anticipate challenges and execute tasksAttention to detail; ensure accuracy and compliance with the programsDesirable SkillsExperience navigating regulatory requirements, including understanding of union / works council considerationsExperience working in a remote / hybrid manner in a global organizationEqual Opportunity Employer#J-*****-Ljbffr
